Massage
Massage therapy can play a powerful supportive role in mental health care by calming the nervous system, reducing stress hormones, and improving mind-body awareness. When the body feels safer and more regulated, patients are often better able to integrate and benefit from therapeutic treatments.
That’s why we’ve created Capital Ketamine Massage Packages, designed to complement ketamine therapy and support deeper relaxation, recovery, and overall treatment success.

Get to Know Angela
Angela is an Aveda-trained massage therapist with a specialization in sports and recovery massage. Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Angela noted the high levels of stress of the general public around her and found massage to be beneficial not only for the body, but for the mental health aspect as well. She hopes to continue to spread wellness in her community by serving others and teaming up with Capital Ketamine and Badger State Hydrate.
When she is not in the clinic, Angela spends her time working and traveling with the University of Wisconsin-Badgers, exploring the outdoors with her dog, Theo, leading an event with her non-profit organization Latinos Outdoors, or cooking a new recipe.
