Integration Support

Capital Ketamine Integration Support helps you translate your Ketamine sessions into real-life change. Integration is a thoughtful process of reflecting on the emotions and insights that surface during your treatment, and exploring how they can foster healing, clarity, and meaningful behavioral outcomes. Capital Ketamine Integration Support adds structure to your process with guided reflection, mindfulness practices, and intentional self-processing.

We highly recommend adding Integration Support to your Ketamine Infusion schedule to help make sense of your experiences, understand your emotional responses, and incorporate these insights into your healing process and your everyday life.

What to Expect

Capital Ketamine Integration Sessions are typically 60 minutes long. The exact process of your session may vary depending on the preference of your Integration coach. However, sessions generally tend to be broken into four sections:

This section lasts approximately 15 minutes and focuses on discussing and reflecting on your ketamine session experience.

This section lasts about 15 minutes and focuses on talking about what takeaways have come from the experience and what feelings are arising since the session.

This 15-minute section features guided activities tailored to each patient, such as journaling, drawing, or practices like meditation, breathwork, or gentle body movement.

In this final 15-minute segment, you and your guide work together to create intentions and actionable steps for continued integration. This may include journaling exercises to complete at home, setting small daily goals to apply insights from your session, or developing strategies to manage difficult emotions. All steps are personalized based on your insights and individual goals.

Our Integration Coaches

Leigh brings a deep understanding of the nuances of integrating transformative life experiences, drawing from her background in processing major personal shifts, both in and out of the psychedelic realm. It was a challenging and profound personal psychedelic journey that highlighted the gaps in her own support network. Having confronted serious mental health implications after the fact, she recognized that her difficulties stemmed largely from a lack of effective preparation and integration resources. This realization not only underscored her belief in the importance of structured support but also deepened her commitment to the art of psychedelic integration. Her experiences have cultivated in her a unique sensitivity to the complexities of integrating profound experiences, equipping her to help others navigate the overwhelming emotions, insights, and shifts that can arise.
Through her journey, she has honed a thoughtful approach that respects each client’s individual process, ensuring they feel grounded and prepared before, during, and after their experiences. This skill set reflects not only personal resilience but also a dedication to fostering meaningful, transformative support for others.

Kasey approaches integrations with a grounded, compassionate lens shaped by professional training and her own experiences. With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, and training as a psychedelic practitioner, her work centers on helping people make sense of experiences that can feel expansive, disorienting, or emotionally intense once the journey has ended.

Her interest and commitment to integration are informed by encounters with loss and a dedication to harm reduction and healing. These experiences have cultivated a sensitivity to the ways transformative states can open meaningful insight while also surfacing vulnerability, confusion, or overwhelm. Rather than rushing for an interpretation or an outcome, Kasey emphasizes emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and gentle meaning-making that respects each individual’s pace.

In integration sessions, she offers a steady, supportive space to explore what came up during the experience, translate insights into everyday life, and develop sustainable practices that support long-term change. Her approach is trauma-informed, practical, and relational, focusing not on the experience itself but how it continues to live in the body, relationships, and daily choices long after.
